Special Education Assistant

The special education assistant supports teachers by preparing instructional materials and maintaining a well-Organized classroom environment. They are responsible for supervising students with disabilities and reinforcing classroom lessons both in the classroom and throughout the school.

Candidates must hold an associate's degree, have completed 48 semester hours of college, or pass the parapro assessment test. Additionally, one year of experience working with children and current cpr and first aid certification are preferred.
