Summer Youth Job Coach - Mayfield Heights (Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 6:00pm)

The job coach provides on-The-Job support, instruction, and guidance to students with disabilities to help them develop work-Readiness and independence. They are responsible for documenting progress, tracking hours, and ensuring the safety and rights of participants at the worksite.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with an associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. The role requires reliable transportation, the ability to pass background checks, and proficiency in microsoft office applications.
