Summer Youth Job Coach - Western Cuyahoga County (Monday - Friday, 4 hrs/day)

The job coach provides on-The-Job support, instruction, and guidance to high school students and young adults with disabilities to help them develop work-Readiness. Responsibilities include documenting progress, tracking hours, and advocating for participants at their work sites.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with an associate degree or 6-12 months of related experience preferred. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check are required.
