Case Manager

The case manager will reengage disconnected youth through outreach, personalized support, and job readiness training. They are responsible for maintaining a caseload, providing mentorship, and collaborating with internal teams and partners to link participants to essential resources.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in human services working with at-Risk youth and possess a valid driver's license. Applicants are required to pass background checks, including criminal justice, child abuse, and sex offender registry screenings.
