Position Overview

  • We are currently seeking a
  • Behavior
  • Therapist to provide 1:1 in-home ABA services for a 6-year-old child with autism. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong connections with young children and supporting skill development through play-based and structured activities.

Schedule: After-school hours, starting around 4:00 PM (weekday availability required)

Responsibilities

Provide 1

1 ABA therapy in the home setting Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Support communication, social skills, play skills, and daily routines Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies Collect and record session data Collaborate with supervising BCBA and participate in training

Qualifications

Experience working with children (ABA experience preferred but not required) Passion for working with children with autism Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
