Market context

Elementary support roles remain locally competitive

In South Dakota, Power Up Teacher roles are often tied to after-school, enrichment, or student-support programs, so demand can be strongest where districts and community partners need dependable elementary supervision. These openings can be competitive because employers look for candidates who can manage K–5 groups, communicate well with families and staff, and bring either a bachelor’s degree or progress toward an education degree. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save time, then tailor your application to highlight youth supervision experience and availability for school-day or after-school schedules.
