Autism Specialist Trainee / Behavior Technician - Alma

The behavior technician is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior analytic services and data collection under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst. They must maintain a safe, sanitary environment and assist in the execution of individualized treatment plans for children.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and complete 40 hours of paid training. Additionally, they must pass the rbt competency assessment and exam, as well as a criminal background check and drug screen.
