Autism Specialist Trainee / Behavior Technician - Cabot Farm

The behavior technician implements behavior analytic services and individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst. They are responsible for direct patient care, daily data collection, and maintaining a safe, sanitary learning environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully complete 40 hours of training. Additionally, applicants must pass the rbt competency assessment, the rbt exam, and a criminal background check.
