Autism Specialist Trainee / Behavior Technician - Searcy

The behavior technician is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior analytic services and data collection under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst. They must maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure the accurate documentation of patient progress in compliance with hipaa regulations.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully complete 40 hours of training. Additionally, they must pass the rbt competency assessment and the rbt exam through the bacb.
