'26-'27 Success Coach

The success coach evaluates student academic history, monitors progress in online learning systems, and provides career and vocational advising. They also facilitate student enrollment, conduct workshops, and provide crisis intervention to support student retention and success.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess an understanding of indiana graduation requirements and career certification pathways. Demonstrated experience in educational or social services environments working with at-Risk populations is required.
