Summer 2026 Learning Experience - Flow of Work and Personalization Intern

The intern will research emerging learning technologies and analyze employee knowledge access to help build a personalized, skills-Based learning framework. They will also support the design of learning journeys and prototype new tools to embed learning directly into the flow of work.

Candidates must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a relevant field such as learning experience design, instructional design, or organizational development. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the united states.
