Filming Interactions to Nurture Development (FIND) Coach

The find coach implements a strengths-Based video coaching program for caregivers to support child development through home and virtual visits. They are responsible for maintaining program fidelity, documenting services, and participating in regular supervision and consultation meetings.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, social work, or a related field and possess a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting on the floor and lifting up to 50 pounds, along with flexibility for evening and weekend work.
