Childcare Floater/Teacher Aide

The employee will substitute for various positions, covering staff breaks and absences while maintaining classroom duties. They must demonstrate positive interactions with children and staff while assisting the lead teacher.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and the ability to pass all required background checks. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and engage in active play with children is mandatory.
