Lead Preschool Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans while ensuring the safety and well-Being of children. They must also maintain organized classrooms, manage child portfolios, and facilitate professional communication with families.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma and either an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education, or a degree with at least 12 credits in the field. Applicants must also be able to pass background checks and meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 40 lbs.
