Program aide

The program aide supports staff in delivering core program areas including academic success, health, and physical education. Responsibilities include stimulating member participation, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe, positive environment.

Candidates should have prior experience working with children and a working knowledge of boys & girls clubs core program areas. The role requires high energy, patience, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
