Qualifications

| Senior Physical Therapist | Outpatient Clinic Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy is required.
  • Licensure in accordance with the Iowa Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in Physical Therapy is necessary, with a high degree of understanding and skill in one or more areas of assigned responsibility.
  • Demonstrated skills in clinical education abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Desirable Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more areas of assigned responsibility.
  • Demonstrates leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrates experience as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
  • Ability to practice in an autonomous manner.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness and efficiency in provision of patient care.
  • Demonstrated effort to enhance one’s own knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Demonstrated program/service development or quality improvement projects. Qualifications | Physical Therapist | Outpatient Clinic Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates experience as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
