The teacher is responsible for delivering rigorous instruction, tracking scholar progress, and intervening as necessary to ensure academic and social mastery. They will set ambitious achievement goals and foster a caring, inclusive environment that supports the success of the school community.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and possess a valid state teacher license or be enrolled in a credentialing program. A passion for working with students and families in under-Served communities is required, along with effective pedagogical skills.
