School Based BCBA

The bcba will provide direct coaching and training to classroom staff while managing data collection, functional behavioral assessments, and behavior plan development. They are responsible for collaborating on iep goals, monitoring student progress, and ensuring compliance with school policies and bacb standards.

Candidates must hold a master's degree, a valid bcba certificate and license, and an arizona board of psychology license. Additionally, applicants must possess an ivp fingerprint clearance card and the physical ability to perform tasks like bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
