Core responsibilities
The slpa will implement direct therapy and treatment plans under the supervision of an slp and document treatment plans and progress reports daily. Additional responsibilities include managing time efficiently, conducting research, and leading key initiatives for the slpa team.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have an associate’s degree in speech pathology or a bachelor’s in communication disorders with a current california slpa license. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with staff and patients are essential.
