The behavior technician is responsible for implementing individualized skill-Building programs designed by bcbas and collecting behavioral data during sessions. They also maintain trusted relationships with clients and communicate effectively with clinical teams and families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and possess a valid california driver's license with reliable transportation. Additionally, they must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and complete a background check, tb test, and immunizations.
