The Administrative Assistant at Morning Star Academy will be a key player in our schools operations, balancing essential office responsibilities with dynamic support for our teaching staff. This role requires a versatile individual with strong book keeping skills, proficiency in office management tasks, and the flexibility to float between classrooms to provide teacher breaks.
Schedules & Executes the Scholastic Book Fair (Fall & Spring)
Ensures the accuracy of student immunization records for the annual audit, as well as, communicates with parents when immunizations are out-of-date
Cafeteria Monitor – helps when needed to clean tables, log lunches in monitor, serve children
Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
Assist in researching and developing resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
Assist in the systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.
Substitutes in classes as needed.
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
