The ideal candidate has a passion for working with infants, understands early childhood development, and thrives in a nurturing, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive, loving care for infants Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom Communicate effectively with families and team members Support developmental milestones through play and interaction
Qualifications
Experience working with infants preferred Knowledge of early childhood education and development CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable and punctual, especially for closing shift Ability to pass background check and meet state licensing requirements
