School Liaison-Prosocial Coordinator/ Youth Diversion & Prevention

The school liaison/Pro-Social coordinator monitors at-Risk youth academic progress and attendance while facilitating access to community resources and mentorship. They act as a bridge between families, schools, and law enforcement to ensure youth receive necessary support and intervention services.

Candidates must have education or training in social work, psychology, education, or a related field along with experience in youth counseling or case management. A valid class c california driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for this role.
