Associate Teacher

The associate teacher assists in providing a quality, developmentally appropriate program while ensuring the health and safety of children in the classroom. Responsibilities include planning curriculum, conducting developmental observations, and maintaining positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Candidates must possess knowledge of early childhood education methods and be able to obtain a child development associate teacher permit within six months. The role requires physical ability to lift 40 pounds and the completion of background checks, health screenings, and immunization requirements.
