The student success coach oversees disability services, tutoring, and retention programs across multiple campus locations. They also manage a caseload of students to provide academic coaching, resource connection, and support for student success.

A master's degree in counseling, higher education, or a related field is required for this tenure-Track position. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and a valid driver's license, with preference given to those with experience in disability services or academic coaching.
