Instructor

Instructors are responsible for lesson planning, facilitating activities, and managing classroom dynamics for groups of 10-20 participants. They also monitor student performance and foster a safe, welcoming environment that encourages leadership and personal growth.

Candidates must have experience in program facilitation or sports coaching and possess excellent communication skills. A willingness to become a mandated reporter and relevant experience working with youth are required.
