This position offers the opportunity to work with students in a collaborative, supportive educational environment, helping them develop the skills needed for academic success and daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success

Deliver therapy in individual and group settings within the school environment

Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with school and state guidelines

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions

Implement strategies to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation

Qualifications: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy

Active or pending state OT license

Strong communication and organizational skills

Passion for working with children in a school setting

Preferred (but Not Required)

Previous pediatric or school-based experience

Familiarity with IEPs and special education processes
