Lead Preschool Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for managing a 3-Year-Old classroom, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment while implementing developmentally appropriate learning activities. They must also maintain regular communication with families and participate in collaborative staff meetings.

Candidates must hold at least a cda or associate’s degree in early childhood education, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in a preschool setting and a strong understanding of child development and classroom management are required.
