Behavior Intervention Specialist ( BIS ) – Family Services

The specialist will collaborate with individuals, families, and direct care staff to create and monitor person centered service plans aimed at achieving personal goals. Key duties include conducting assessments, developing evidence-Based goals, and providing supervision and feedback to direct care staff regarding goal implementation.

A master's degree and a minimum of one year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism are required, with aba experience being preferred. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-Oriented, capable of multitasking, and possess strong written and communication skills.
