Family Resource Specialist

The family resource specialist assists caseworkers by identifying and locating kinship resources and foster families to support children in the foster care system. They also provide technical assistance to staff and facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings to improve permanency outcomes.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related human services field and possess strong communication and problem-Solving skills. Previous experience in child welfare, investigation, or person location is preferred, along with the ability to travel and pass background checks.
