Hybrid Center-Based BCBA - $10,000 Retention Bonus

The bcba will develop and supervise targeted behavioral interventions for children with autism while providing support and training to behavioral technicians. They are also responsible for conducting clinical assessments and communicating treatment recommendations to families.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in a relevant field and possess a current bcba license or be eligible to sit for the exam within three months. Strong clinical competence in applied behavior analysis and the ability to perform physical tasks related to client sessions are required.
