Early Intervention Physical Therapist

Provide physical therapy services to children birth to 3 years old through home visits, center visits, and community-Based support. Collaborate with a trans-Disciplinary team and community providers to manage caseloads and develop individual family service plans.

Requires current licensure as a physical therapist in massachusetts and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Two years of pediatric experience is preferred along with proficiency in microsoft office and communication skills.
