Core responsibilities
The 1
1 aide will work directly with assigned students to implement behavior support plans and track progress toward iep goals. They will also provide personal care, ensure student safety through de-Escalation, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements summary
The position requires a high school diploma and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Experience in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions is preferred.
