Residential Advisor - Lor

The residential advisor creates a safe and supportive environment for students by supervising daily activities, monitoring dorm operations, and providing informal counseling. They are responsible for documenting student progress, facilitating life skills groups, and ensuring the dormitory facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma and six months of experience in education or a similar field. A valid driver's license and the ability to become cpr and first aid certified are required.
