CERTAIN Case Manager

The case manager will provide case management services to youth and their families, including assessment, service planning, and community resource coordination. They will also facilitate psychoeducational success workshops to support academic achievement and personal growth.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field and possess at least two years of experience working with youth. A valid florida driver’s license, clean driving history, and the ability to pass a level ii background check and drug screen are required.
