Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician delivers 1

1 aba therapy to clients under the supervision of a bcba to help them build functional communication and social skills. They are also responsible for accurate data collection, session documentation, and maintaining a safe, collaborative learning environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and the ability to obtain rbt certification within 90 days of hire. Experience working with children and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.
