Core responsibilities
Registered behavior technicians deliver 1
1 aba therapy to clients under the supervision of a bcba to help build skills and confidence. They are also responsible for accurate data collection, clinical documentation, and maintaining a safe, collaborative learning environment.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma and the ability to obtain rbt certification within 90 days of hire. Experience working with children and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.
