Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, possessing a minimum of six months' experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare. Flexibility during business hours is required, with preference given to those holding a child development associate (Cda) or a degree in early childhood education or a related field.
