Core responsibilities
Registered behavior technicians deliver 1
1 treatment to clients by implementing individualized aba therapy plans created by a bcba. They are responsible for collecting data, maintaining session documentation, and collaborating with the clinical team to support client development.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma and obtain rbt certification within 90 days of hire. Experience working with children and the physical ability to assist with client needs and challenging behaviors are required.
