- Under the Unit Director's supervision, Youth Development Professionals (YDP's, or staff) are responsible for providing diverse programming opportunities to members.
- Members range from 5-18.
- Youth Development Professional's plan, implement, supervise, and evaluate programs/activities offered in program areas, such as education, technology, arts and crafts, physical education/sports, and health and wellness.

- This application is for the Summer Programming, with the possibility of continuing into the next programming if available positions. Seasonal staff are expected to notify supervisors of any other time commitment issues AS SOON AS POSSIBLE Must be able to pass a drug test. Must be over 18 years of age at the time of hiring. Must be able to pass a background check. Applicants are encouraged to be open to working at any and all locations: Fort Mohave Bullhead City Laughlin Major duties and responsibilities: Effectively plan, lead, monitor, and evaluate various programs, services, and activities to ensure the health & safety of members, quality of programs, gender, and cultural diversity. Cultivate positive relationships with members. Supervise members in a program area, while assisting with and maintaining program goals and settings. Provide appropriate guidance and direction through supportive relations with members. Focus on maintaining a safe, positive atmosphere for all members.
