Youth Development Professional

Youth development professionals are responsible for planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating diverse programs and activities for members ranging from 5 to 18 years old across areas like education, technology, arts, and sports. Key duties include ensuring the health and safety of members, cultivating positive relationships, and maintaining a safe, clean atmosphere within the club facilities.

Applicants must be over 18 years old at the time of hiring and must be able to pass both a drug test and a background check. Candidates should be prepared to work at various locations including fort mohave, bullhead city, and laughlin, and are encouraged to be open to working at any site.
