Lead School Age Counselor

The lead school age counselor is responsible for the health, safety, and supervision of children aged 5-12 while implementing engaging daily activities. They also assist the school age director with staff coordination, parent communication, and maintaining compliance with state licensing requirements.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children. Applicants must also pass a criminal background check and obtain cpr/First aid/Aed certification within 30 days of hire.
