Youth Development Professional - Challengers Club

The youth development professional plans and implements programs in art, athletics, and academics while ensuring the safety and engagement of club members. They also manage administrative tasks such as tracking attendance, supervising volunteers, and maintaining facility order.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged with at least two years of experience or training in youth development. A valid driver's license, the ability to pass a criminal background check, and a negative tb test are required.
