- Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Caseload: Work with students who have mild to moderate needs, providing direct and indirect instruction aligned to each student’s
- IEP goals

- Content: Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure inclusive, accessible learning for all students, making modifications as needed
- Collaborate with a
- Support
- Team: Work closely with other specialists including psychologists, OT, PT, speech therapists, and service providers to align supports and interventions for students with disabilities
- Lead the
- IEP
- Process: Write IEP plans, track student progress, and facilitate family meetings to ensure strong communication and collaboration
- Ensure
- Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Colorado special education laws (C.R.S. § 22-20-103) and federal regulations (IDEA)
- Serve as a
- Resource for
- Staff: Provide technical support for staff regarding IEP strategies, accommodations, and modifications
