• Education
• Paraprofessional at
• CLA/VPA, you’ll have the opportunity to:
• Support
• Students with
• Disabilities: Assist with classroom activities, including providing support during lessons, helping with individualized tasks, and reinforcing concepts for students with disabilities
• Collaborate with the
• Learning
• Specialist: Work directly with the Learning Specialist and other staff members to ensure students receive the individualized support they need
• Provide
• One-on-One or
• Small
• Group
• Instruction: Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts and assist with academic tasks
• Support
• Classroom
• Management: Help maintain a positive, safe, and structured learning environment for students
• Assist with
• Behavioral and
• Academic
• Support: Help implement behavior intervention plans and assist students in navigating academic tasks
• Assist with
• Documentation: Help track student progress and maintain accurate records for students with
• IEPs
• Participate in

• Routines: Support daily school routines such as arrival, dismissal, lunch, recess, and other school activities
