Infant Lead Teacher

The infant lead teacher is responsible for providing a nurturing and safe classroom environment that supports the developmental milestones of infants. They must also build strong relationships with families through consistent communication and collaborate with the teaching team to maintain high standards of care.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and at least 6 months of experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center. A nurturing personality and authorization to work in the united states are also required.
