Key Responsibilities Evaluate pediatric communication needs and recommend services based on findings Create and implement individualized treatment plans aligned to functional outcomes Use play-based and evidence-informed approaches to keep children motivated Communicate progress clearly with families and provide practical at-home strategies Coordinate care with supervisors and team members; participate in case consults Keep documentation accurate, compliant, and completed on time Manage a predictable caseload while maintaining quality and consistency Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology GA SLP license or CF eligibility; CCC-SLP welcome Strong clinical reasoning and ability to apply feedback in a mentored environment Dependable, organized, and comfortable building relationships with families Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with articulation/phonology, language delays, and social communication goals Familiarity with parent coaching models and goal-writing best practices Bilingual clinicians are welcome (not required) Tools & Technology Scheduling and documentation system (training provided) Virtual meeting tools for supervision, collaboration, and telehealth support Pediatric assessment resources and therapy materials Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
