Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The rbt will provide individualized aba therapy under the supervision of a bcba to support client skill development and behavior-Reduction goals. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting accurate session data, and maintaining professional rapport with families.

Candidates must hold a current rbt certification and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred, along with the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting 25-40 lbs.
