Upper Elementary Lead Teacher - EAEC 2026/27

The lead guide is responsible for leading a multi-Grade classroom (1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade) by developing individualized lesson plans, implementing abar principles, and utilizing various assessment strategies to guide instruction. Responsibilities also include managing a small classroom team, completing progress reports, and coordinating necessary classroom resources and field trips.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and either montessori certification (Ami/Ams or equivalent) or missouri dese certification in the applicable subject/Grade level, along with at least three years of elementary classroom experience. A strong commitment to anti-Biased/Anti-Racist principles and excellent communication and organizational skills are also required.
