Ex Ed Teacher for the Deaf or Hard of Hearing

Provide case management and direct instructional services to students who are deaf or hearing-Impaired in accordance with their individual educational plans. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and specialists to implement effective intervention strategies and monitor student progress.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in deaf education and meet tennessee state department of education certification requirements. Proficiency in sign language and the ability to develop and implement ieps are mandatory.
